Refund policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Proof of purchase (order number or email receipt) is required.

How to Start a Return

2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

3. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
